Make sure you have finished the course by this date and have mailed in your completion certificate and any accompanying documents.

attending traffic school has passed. Can I apply for an extension?
You must contact the court to request an extension for traffic school.

I have failed the
test and am locked out. What should I do now?
Contact
us for assistance. Depending on the courts policy, you may be able to receive more attempts. If the court allows you more attempts, you will not be charged for the additional attempts.

How do I get a
refund?
Your satisfaction is of paramount
importance to us. If, within five (5) days of your account activation or before you have completed 4 chapters of the course material (whichever comes first), you decide you are unsatisfied, simply contact us and we will refund your money, no questions asked. Remember, if you choose to receive a refund for this course, your account will be deactivated and you will not receive credit for the course.

What do I do once I
have completed the final test?
Once you have completed the final
test, you will be given access to your course completion certificate and any other documents the court may require. Print these documents, fill them out if necessary, and send them to the court according the instructions that appear with the documents.
You will have access to these
documents for 30 days after you have completed the final test.
You can log in to your account from any computer that is equipped with a
printer and print them at any time during those 30 days (you are not required
to print the documents immediately upon finishing the course).

I only have a few
days to complete the course. Will I be able to get the course completion
certificate to the court on time?
After you complete the final test,
you will be granted instant access to your course completion certificate. You
will be given instructions on where to send the completion certificate. If the
court only accepts mailed course completion certificates, be sure you are aware
of what your court considers “on time”: some accept certificates only if they arrive at the court by your deadline while others accept certificates that are postmarked by the deadline.
